Az IndiaAI Mission bemutatta az EKA-1, a Dhīr 2B és a Dhīr 5B hazai alapmodelleket, Altman szerint pedig India a ChatGPT legnagyobb piaca. Dél-Korea rekord költségvetéssel a „világ legjobb” szuverén modelljét célozza, ott a ChatGPT havi felhasználói 18,76 millióra nőttek, a Claude pedig 15-szörösére.
